Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a simple 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.

You can get a refund if:

• You've signed up for the first time within the last 30 days
• You close your account or email us within that 30-day window

Refunds aren't available for:

• Subscriptions older than 30 days
• Subscription renewals (only your first payment is eligible)

Getting a refund is super simple:

• Option 1 (easiest): Close your account through your account settings within 30 days of signing up. You'll be prompted for some quick feedback, and your refund will process automatically.
• Option 2: Email us at support@rainforesttaxcalculator.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your account email and, if you're willing, a quick note about why you're leaving.

That's it! No hoops to jump through, no long forms to fill out.

We process refunds right away on our end, but your bank or card issuer might take a bit longer (3-5 business days) to fully process the refund.

• If you've had your account for more than 30 days
• For automatic yearly renewals (though you can always cancel before the next renewal)
• If we've detected unusual patterns that suggest refund policy abuse

You can cancel anytime with just a couple of clicks in your account settings. When you cancel:

• You won't be charged for any future renewals
• You can still use the service until the end of your current billing period

Remember: Canceling your billing -after- your first 30 days means you can keep using the service until your year is up, but you won't get a refund for unused time. You can manage your subscription at any time in your account billing settings.
